Danube Bike Route is one of the most famous and most visited bike routes in Europe. As the cycle path leads still on the plane along the Danube, its intensity is relatively low, making it even more attractive to a wide range of cyclists. In our region it passes from the west of Komárno towards Štúrovo.
During the bike tour cyclists can relax in the local restaurant Csárda in Moča or at the square in Kravany nad Dunajom, where they can see the most impressive sunset on Danube.
Danube Bike Path belongs to the most beautiful cycling routes and is part of the European bicycle route Eurovelo 6 having a total distance of up to 3,652 kilometers. Slovak part from Bratislava through Komárno to Štúrovo is 238 kilometers long.
