The event inspires visitors to adopt a healthier way of life through hands-on experiences, expert lectures and discussions.<\/p>\n<p>Specialists from the fields of medicine, physiotherapy, Ayurvedic medicine, yoga and nutrition share their knowledge in the pleasant surroundings of the fortress. The festival also offers movement workshops, meditations, massages and healthy cooking demonstrations.
