Several noble families settled in the village. Among them was the Hroššo family. One of their descendants repeatedly mentioned a chapel standing near their residence. As it later turned out, it was not a chapel but a Lourdes grotto.
The chapel, designed by Tamás Smidt, was eventually completed with the help of the Combined Secondary School in Kravany nad Dunajom. The roof structure was built by Róbert Smidt and his father Ferenc Smidt from Szőgyén in Hungary.
The three reliefs inside were also made by Róbert Smidt. The chapel can be visited; the key must be requested from the town hall staff next to the main square.
