Church of the Reformed Christian Church

Description

The Reformed church was built in the Classicist style between 1856 and 1860. Previously the village had a prayer house and a bell tower. The church tower was destroyed in 1945 and restored by 1956. It is one of the largest Reformed churches in Slovakia. The church also contains two memorial plaques: a red limestone plaque from 1860 commemorating the construction of the church, while on the other side we can read a list of Reformed members from Moča who fell in the First World War. Two protected linden trees stand in front of the church.

In front of the church stands a memorial to the victims of the Second World War, built in 1993, as well as the Millennium Memorial Tree planted in 1996.
