Komárno Days / Komáromi napok is an annual joint spring festival of Komárno and Komárom. The event traditionally begins on 26 April, Komárno Day, and offers a nearly ten-day programme filled with music, gastronomy and culture for all age groups.
Visitors can look forward to concerts by Slovak and Hungarian artists, the Wine Street, the Days of the Old Fortress with historical reenactments of hussar riders, and the Komárno–Komárom International Street Run. The Officers’ Pavilion and General Klapka Square host musical performances, craft markets, family programmes and gastronomy. All events on the Slovak side are free of charge.
