The last weekend of August in Komárno belongs to the children. The Children’s Festival Komárno (Komarátsky festival detí / Gyerkőcfesztivál) is held every year in the English Park and offers a two-day programme full of fun and culture for the little ones and their parents alike.
Children can look forward to live music performances, interactive attractions, craft workshops, circus shows and various games. The event, visited each year by thousands of families from Slovakia and Hungary, is among the most popular family festivals in the region.
